Allevamento delle Paludi was founded in Angera, in the magical setting of Lake Maggiore, where history and nature have come together for thousands of years. In this unique place, which was granted the title of ‘city’ by Ludovico il Moro in 1497, the stud farm came into being in the 1970s and 1980s, immersed in an environment that seems tailor-made for welcoming and raising great horses.

For over forty years, this has been the heart of our passion: selecting, breeding and training sport horses to reach their full potential. Year after year, this commitment has produced champions who have excelled on the national and international stage, thrilling audiences and bringing important recognition to the stud farm.
